General description:
Deck saloon sailing yacht. Hull: dark blue coloured, handmade solid laminate fibreglass mat and rowing. Deck: moulded fibreglass, stress areas where winches, sheet tracks, etc. are reinforced by using backing chrome plates.
1 Forward cabin (large free standing double berth) with separate toilet/shower cabin, including washbasin, 2 entrees according to plan.
1 double berth cabin underneath the salon sb side, with build in wardrobe stowage, according to plan.
1 Aft-cabin / owners cabin large standing double berth and single berth or (large free standing double berth) with separate large toilet/shower cabin, 2 entrees large wardrobe and stowage, according to plan.
1 Aft cabin port side single berth, wardrobe and stowage.

The yacht will be fully built according to CE-A (ocean class) regulation and will be delivered with the CE-A class certificate.
Bolts, nuts, washers and screws are generally stainless steel. Hose clamps are all stainless steel.

Detailed description:
Building according to plan with water resisting marine grade plywood faced with specially selected American cherry used in all bulkheads and major joinery. Lockers and doors, Marine plywood in bottoms, shelves etc where not visible.
All main bulkheads bonded to hull and deck using glass mat and polyester.
Doors have marine locks. Also lockers have marine locks.
Ceiling, topsides and visible hull sides padded with foam (20mm) backed vinyl.
Cushions in high quality foam (10cm) with first class upholstery.

Mast and Rigging:
Main mast and boom from Z-spars. Mast in furler 16,00 m long, with two levels of spreaders, boom and rod kicker..
Second mast and boom from Z-spars. Mast in furler 13,00 m long, with two levels of spreaders, boom and rod kicker. 2 Genoa furler.

Standing rigging: All stays and shrouds in stainless steel wire. Running rigging: 2 main halyard, 2 genoa halyard, 2 main sheet, 2 cenoa sheets.

Sail:
Main sail and mizzen sail with roll reef system furling in the in mast. Genoa sail, and staysail roll reef system Total sail area 132 m2.

Keel:

Bathrooms:
Toilet installation hand operated marine toilet from Jabsco with seawater intake and outlet into Black water tank. 2 plastic Black water tanks both of 90 litres. Sink with tap and separate shower tap with electric pump all with draining through hull or in Grey water tank. 1 laundry machine in the owner bathroom.
3 Electrical bilge pump and hand operated bilge pump (European fabrication)
All in- and outlets underneath or on the waterline with sea ventil.

Electrical installation:
Switchboard and control panel inside navigator area
Salon: 6 halogen lamps 10 watt with switch in ceiling, 2 reading lights all cabins, 2 lamps 10 watts in every bathroom. 3x 105 amp marine batteries with both shelter and batteries state indicator.

Navigation:
Inner steering stand. Switchboard control panel for all navigation lights, deck lights, electronics, cooling power, fuse boxes etc.

Gas:
The 4,95 litre gas bottle is placed in his own drained locker in the back of the cockpit.
